Dr. Zahilas Loukas, Cedefop, Senior Expert, Qualifications and Learning Outcomes

Dr. Loukas Zahilas is Senior Expert in Qualifications and Learning Outcomes at Cedefop, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training. Born in 1960, he studied Chemistry and Information Technology and he has a PhD in educational policies. After a six-year stint in the pharmaceutical industry, he has concentrated entirely on education and training. His more than 20 years of professional experience in vocational education and training were mainly acquired at the Greek Ministry of Education, Organisation for Vocational Education and Training (OEEK), but also in technical Institutes and the University of Athens. Before joining Cedefop in 2006, he represented Greece in various European bodies such as the Directors General for VET (DGVT), the Advisory Committee for Vocational Training (ACVT) and the European Training Foundation (ETF).

Mr. Panos Zafiropoulos, Ministry of Finance, Minister's Office Adviser

Coordinator of e-Invoicing Working Group Deputy Coordinator of Operational Steering Committee for Cross-border Trade Facilitation and Single Window implementation. Mr. Panagiotis (Panos) Zafiropoulos is an Engineering / Computer Engineering & Informatics and has extensive experience since 1987 in the private sector as Director of Technical Support & IT Applications, primarily in IT & insurance industry. Since 2000, Mr. Panos Zafiropoulos works as an officer at the Ministry of Finance in the Department of Information and Electronic Transaction Safeguarding (Books & Records Directorate) and also he has served in the department Ecommerce & Cyber Crime Division of Special Affairs of the Central Office of Financial Crime (SDOE). He has been actively involved in shaping the institutional framework to ensure data protection in electronic transactions and electronic invoicing, while he was repeatedly participated as Greek representative on these issues in Working Groups of the EU and OECD. Currently he is serving as an associate in the office of the Minister of Finance in Information, Tax Reform, and Exports Trade Facilitation, while is the Coordinator of the Support Working Group E.S.I.D. for Electronic Billing and Deputy Coordinator of the HSS for implementation of the Roadmap for the Facilitation of Cross-Border Trade and the single integrated platform "Single Window".

Mr. George Xirogiannis, Senior Advisor, Entrepreneurship, SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises

Dr George Xirogiannis works as a Senior Advisor at SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, since November 2011. Currently, he leads the in trade facilitation, export promotion and international affairs functions. Prior to joining SEV he was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Greece, responsible for the Strategy & Operations services and Government & Public Sector industry. He directed major projects in Greece and abroad in the financial and telecommunications sectors, public administration and state-owned enterprises. He has published extensively is international journals on modern entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK.

Mr. Chris Tsangos, Partner Boston Hamilton

Chris Tsangos is a Web Entrepreneur, Technology Investor with the European Investment Fund & Piraeus Bank and Partner at Boston Hamilton Consultancy Firm. With strong social contribution, Chris has developed the first innovation competitions in Greece, established the Microsoft Innovation Centre with Bill Gates and currently serves as Chairman of Youth Entrepreneurship / Junior Achievement. During his 25-year international career Chris was CEO of Microsoft Greece, Consumer Marketing Officer for Central and Eastern Europe and GM of Intel in Greece. Prior to that he worked for 12 years in EMEA roles out of the UK where he won the HMS Royal Award for Exports and assumed an advisory role in technology for the European Union.

Ms. Nelly Tzakou-Lambropoulou, General Manager of Retail Banking, National Bank of Greece, Member of the Executive Committee

Nelly Tzakou-Lambropoulou was appointed General Manager of Retail Banking at NBG in July 2013; she is responsible for Retail Banking, the Branch Network and e-Business & Alternative Channels of the Bank. She is a Member of the NBG Executive Committee. Since December 2012, she held the position of General Manager, Group Head of Operations, Business Processes & IT at the Bank. She joined NBG in July 2007 as General Manager, Group Head of Operations & Global Transaction Services. Before joining NBG Group, she worked at EFG Eurobank-Ergasias (1990-2007), where she held the position of General Manager, responsible for the Group Operations and the Global Transaction Services business unit. She is Chairman of the BoD at NBG Bancassurance Insurance Broker S.A., Vice-Chairman of the BoD at DIAS S.A. (Greek ACH) and National Securities S.A and member of the BoD of Ethnodata S.A. and Ethniki Factors S.A. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from the University of Wales & Manchester Business School.

Mr. Konstantinos Skianis, Co-Founder & Online Marketing Manager, MEDIACUBE

Konstantinos Skianis is managing the Online Marketing Department of MEDIACUBE, a digital agency, designing and implementing 360o Online Marketing Campaigns. He has an extensive Experience in Online Business Development, and has managed a large number of successful e-commerce, digital presence and online marketing Projects. He is specialized in a variety of Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques such as SEM, PPC, Display Advertising, Social Media, Web Analytics and Email-Marketing. He enjoys researching and analyzing in depth the business and marketing aspects of the online landscape and promoting the latest developments to his close business associates to inspire them and keep them motivated. Konstantinos is a Google AdWords & Analytics Certified Individual and member of the Google Partner Academy Programme. He has Science & Engineering background and holds an MBA degree.

Mr. Margaritis Schinas, Head of DG ECFIN Athens Office

Margaritis Schinas (1962, GR) holds an MSc on Public Administration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, a Diploma of Advanced European Studies on European Administrative Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges and a Degree in Law from the Aristotelean University of Thessaloniki. He was also awarded the Robert Schuman research fellowship by the European Parliament. Mr. Schinas has worked for the European Commission since 1990 in various positions of responsibility mainly in the private offices of Commissioners. He also served as Head of Press and Information in the Commission Representation in Greece (1994-99). Since May 2013, the Commission appointed Mr. Schinas as Director, Head of DG ECFIN Athens Office.

Mr. Chihhung Rau, Senior Specialist,International Trade Institute,TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council), Taipei, Taiwan

Mr. Chihhung Rau is now senior specialist in ITI(International Trade Institute),TAITRA(Taiwan External Trade Development Council). He assists ITI developing new projects and supervises ITI courses arrangement. He is also a speaker in ITI IBAP(International Business Administration Program). He teaches trade data analysis and market research. Mr. Chihhung Rau has lots of experience in publication marketing、trade data collection and network marketing. He has ever been to India、Iran、UAE and China doing market research. He had been the manager of TATRA Trade Data Library in Taipei Taiwan many years.Therefore, he also is a expert in trade collecting and data analysis. Mr. Chihhung Rau received his MBA from the Marshal Business School at the University of Southern California.

Mr. Vincent O’Brien, eBSI Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the ICC Banking Commission and a representative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Trade Facilitation Program)

Mr. Vincent O'Brien is a highly experienced practitioner of International Trade Finance being a long-standing member of the ICC Banking Commission. He has more than 20 years international trade banking experience and has delivered trade finance technical assistance and training in more than 70 countries worldwide. Mr. O’Brien is a member of the ICC’s Forfaiting Task Force (Discounting of Bank Deferred Payment Obligations) as well as a member of the ICC’s Task Force on Guarantees. He is a regular and respected contributor to international trade finance publications such as Documentary Credits Insight, Global Trade Review, LC Monitor and Documentary Credit World and he has successfully acted as expert witness for banks in cases the application of ICC rules. Vincent also acts as technical trade advisor to China Systems Corporation, the largest trade finance systems vendor in the World.

Mrs. Dimitra Mitrogiannopoulou,

Dimitra Mitrogiannopoulou was born in Athens in 1954 and is the President of Argo Group (Packaging Industry in Greece / Romania / Egypt) since 2005. She was a member of the Board of Directors of SEV from 2002 to 2008. She studied Marketing and Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE). She speaks English and French. She is married with two children.

Mr. Peter Mace, Australian Export Institute

Peter joined the Australian Institute of Export in August 2004, and Peter’s current responsibilities include managing the Institutes’ National Education program, the TradeStart offices in Victoria and assisting the State Managers achieve their goals. Peter has previously enjoyed a long career in international banking, working in senior trade roles with Westpac, Citibank and Bank of America. He has also worked with EFIC in the marketing of Credit Insurance products. Other business experience comes from serving as a Director of an Australian Information Technology company, Infocast, originally owned by Citibank; as well as managing a Business Coaching franchise.

Mr. Dimitrios Ν. Lakasas, President of the Greek International Business Association (SEVE) & CEO Olympia Electronics s.a.

Dimitris Lakasas is the CEO of Olympia Electronics. Olympia Electronics gives great emphasis in innovation, state of the art technology and quality. Olympia Electronics develops and produces high technology safety security systems. Particularly strong is the presence of Olympia Electronics in more than72 foreign countries worldwide. In conjunction with his business activities, Mr. Dimitris Lakasas has also held the positions in Organizations as a member of the Board of Directors and participated in a number of working groups. He participated as invited speaker in international conferences and has attended a lot of international conferences. His record includes a number of publications in economic and industrial journals. In May 2012, he as re-elected President of the SEVE-Greek International Business Association.

Mr. Harry Kyriazis, Dipl. Civ. Eng, MBA, PhD

Mr. Harry Kyriazis was born in 1953. He has worked as an executive in Greek manufacturing companies (1982-1991), as Secretary General at the Ministry of National Economy (1992-1993) and as an advisor on taxation and management consulting. He headed the Tax Division (1994-1999) and the Business Consulting Division (1999-2000) of Arthur Andersen, Athens. Then, he became Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Solutions AE, acting as Head the Advisory Business Unit (2000-2008) and the Government Services practice (2008-2011). Since July 2011 he serves as Executive Vice-Chairman at the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises SEV.

Mr. Dionisis Kolokotsas, Public Policy Manager Google

As the Public Policy manager of Google in Greece, Cyprus and Western Balkans, Dionisis' mission is to work with policy makers & other stakeholders towards the world's bright future in the digital era. One path might be if the world adopts Google's commitment to innovation, in the same way as Google embraced ancient Greece's commitment to open democracy. Before joining Google, he was the General Manager of the Hellenic Semiconductor Industry Association (HSIA), where he helped build the brand and increase visibility toward target markets & audiences. Prior to entering the world of Internet and high-tech, Dionisis spent ten years with Procter & Gamble, based in Brussels and travelling around the world to design and deploy communication campaigns. He also co-authored the P&G sustainability report in 2003 and 2004.

Mr. Hasse Karlsson, Chairman International Association of Trade Training Organisations

Hasse Karlsson is currently involved in the training of SMEs around the world in international trade management. Before founding ITM Worldwide Foundation, he was Head of Human Resources and Export Training Progammes for SMEs at the Swedish Trade Council. Hasse also served as a Board Member of the international Federation of Training and Developing Organisations (IFTDO), President of the European Association of Personal Managers (EAPM) and Chairman of the International Committee of the Swedish Association of Personnel Managers.

Mr. Dimitris Karavasilis,

Dimitris Karavasilis is the founder and the CEO of the DK Consultants firm, which operates in the field of Business Consulting specializing in the areas of International Marketing and Strategic Development of International Activity. He has studied Business Administration and International Marketing at UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD. He has attended dozens of specialized seminars internationally in marketing, export and sales. He is a member of the Administrative Committee and the Board of Directors of the Greek International Business Association (SEVE). He participates in the core team of Dutch experts of the Task Force for the structural reform of the State towards a single National Export Strategy; he is also a member of the Hellenic Institute of Marketing and active member of International Organizations. Prior to the foundation of the Business Consulting firm «DK Consultants» he had been occupied as a senior and executive in industrial and commercial enterprises in Greece and abroad (SATO, Toshiba, Sunair, Premierotel, Pointgroup, Axon Inc., D&B group). Since 1999 he has supported significant Greek and foreign firms by providing them with consulting services, and by designing and applying internationally orientated marketing and sales strategies.


Abdul Kabur Ibrahim graduated from the University of Malaya in 1977 and was appointed to the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service. He has served as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner in Belgium and the Economic Advisor to the Mission of Malaysia to the European Union for 9 years and thereafter was transferred to South Africa as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner in 1992 to establish diplomatic relations and to set up the Malaysian Trade Office in Johannesburg. Today, he is the Chairman and Director of a number of companies in Malaysia, Laos, Indonesia and United Kingdom. He is also the Founder and the current President of the Malaysian Exporters Association and the Malaysian Training Providers Association.

Professor Per V. Jenster, Nordic international Management Institute, China

Dr. Per V. Jenster is professor and chairman of the Nordic International Management Institute, China, and professor of Nyenrode University, Holland. He was formerly professor of Strategic Management Marketing at China Europe International Business School, Shanghai, and at Copenhagen Business School, where he also served as Associate Dean for the CBS's MBA programs. He has also been a professor at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, Center for International Management & Industrial Development, Switzerland, and the University of Virginia, USA. Dr. Jenster has invested and helped start 21 companies, and he still remains on 8 boards. He has taught more than 7000 executives, over the years. Dr. Jenster's industry experience includes extensive senior management consulting in the area of strategy development and strategy execution.

Dr. Sarah Jackson, Assistant Professor International Business, University of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas and IATTO Board of Directors

Dr. Sarah Jackson teaches full-time at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), the largest Catholic university in Texas as an assistant professor. Sara is a member of the NASBITE International Board of Governors and served as President of the organization 2009-2010. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of IATTO as well. She has received two Business & International Education (BIE) Title VIB grants from the US Department of Education and serves as the BIE Director at UIW. Recently, Sara earned the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) from NASBITE International. Dr. Jackson was inducted into the San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame in 2010. She was the Founding Director of the South-West Texas Border International Trade Center, and as Director established the award-winning San Antonio Export Leaders program, now in its thirteenth year.

Professor Eleftherios Iakovou, Professor and the Chairman of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH)

Dr. Eleftherios Iakovou is a Professor and the Chairman of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Greece. He is also the Director of the Laboratory of Statistics and Quantitative Analysis Methods, (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) (LASCM) of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Further, he has served as the Director of the Industrial Management Division (2007-2013) of the same Department. Prof. Iakovou is the President of the Greek Association of Supply Chain Management (GASCM, since 2005, while he served as the President of the Alexandrian Innovation Zone S.A. ( from July 2010 to July 2013. He is also a Visiting Professor at the International Hellenic University, Greece.

Mr. Massimo Guerrini, SGS Governments & Institutions Services (GIS), Regional Sales Executive for Europe

Mr. Massimo Guerrini currently holds the position of Regional Sales Executive for Europe in SGS Governments & Institutions Services (GIS) having the regional responsibility for Europe for all sales activity for the Governments and Institutions Services and specifically for the Conformity Assessment Programs. Also, in the past he has created his own activity of consultancy to the export and sales.

Mr. Anthony E. Gortzis, European President of Business Ethics Network

Born in Athens, studied Economics & Law and done his postgraduate studies in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing and Econometrics. He was a Marketing Specialist of UNILEVER in London, on his early career, for Europe and N. America as well as a Marketing Director of ELAIS – UNILEVER FOODS DIVISION. He was the President of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), Vice President of the Hellenic Management Association, General Secretary of the Board of Chambers of Commerce for Piraeus. He is a Member of the board of the ACTION-AID, , Vice President of P.A.I.D.I.A. (model school for excellence), Chairman of ONETEAM (business consulting firm), and Chairman of Rubicon SA (digital house). Today, he is the European President of Business Ethics Network.

Mr. Konstantinos Giannatos, Senior Advisor for Entrepreneurship at SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises

Konstantinos Giannatos is a Senior Advisor for Entrepreneurship at SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises. He is responsible for the project management and implementation of the Lifelong Learning Initiatives for Extroversion, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Born in Athens in 1967, he studied Electrical & Computer Engineering at NTUA and obtained his MSc from Imperial College. He worked for over a decade as a Business Consultant, collaborating with many Greek and multinational consulting firms, undertaking significant national and EU funded projects. In the past he held top management positions for the development of hospital infrastructure for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, for the IT Company of the City of Athens, as well as for private companies as an executive consultant in reengineering, project management and business development.

Mr. Evangelos Gerovassiliou, Domaine Gerovassiliou

Mr. Evangelos Gerovassiliou studied in the School of Agriculture, at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued his studies at the University of Bordeaux, specialized in Oenology, Viticulture, Wine-Tasting and Technology of Oenological Machinery. During his studies, he worked with the team of legendary consultant Emile Peynaud. He participated in many wine-tastings of famous Châteaux of Bordeaux. From 1976 to the beginning of 1999 he worked as Chief Enologist at Château Carras, producing some of the most distinguished Greek wines. He was the first to isolate and propagate Malagousia, an almost extinct indigenous grape varietal. He realised its potential when he first vinified it in 1976. With love, knowledge and experience in vine and quality wine, he started the revival of viticulture in his village in 1981 and created Domaine Gerovassiliou. Nowadays continues his efforts in reviving old Greek varieties. All wines, but also himself have been awarded in the most important wine competitions worldwide. With interest not only in wine but also in culture, he created a Wine Museum to host his personal collection of various pieces of unique significance relating to viticulture, wine making, bottling and barrel making processes, from all around the world.

Mr. James Foley, NASBITE and BRADLEY UNIVERSITY, United States

Mr. Foley is Director of the Turner Center for Entrepreneurship and Illinois SBDC International Trade Center at Bradley University. He manages a program of counseling and training in international business, marketing, logistics and finance. He is also Director of International Programs for the Foster College of Business. Mr. Foley is a frequent speaker on issues of international trade and teaches International Business courses at Bradley University. Mr. Foley is the author of the book The Global Entrepreneur discussing techniques to expand exports. He is also the co-author of the tenth edition of International Marketing by Vern Tersptra. He is past President of NASBITE International and past Chairman of IATTO. In 2009 the International Trade Center was awarded the President of the United State’s E Award. Mr. Foley has lived in Mexico, UK, and France. He received his MBA from the London Business School at the University of London.

Mr. Babis Filadarlis, CEO, GlobalGreece

Babis is CEO of GlobalGreece. GlobalGreece Designs and offers specialized export support services for development of international trade. GlobalGreece helps in reducing the time, cost and risks of expanding into foreign markets. Director General of the Association of Exporters of Northern Greece (SEVE), for more than seven years. He was Director of the Institute of Export Research and Studies (IEES) of SEVE. National Counselor of Greece for the EU initiative for international cooperation “Europartenariat”. Designer of the first integrated online electronic database for financial and business information of the Commercial Offices of the Greek Embassies abroad. Designer of the “Roadmap to Exports” tool and the world's first mobile application for Exporters “GLOBAL EXPORTS APP”. He studied in the UK for a Post Graduate Diploma in Export Marketing and an MBA in Business Analysis.

Mr. Gregory Dimitriadis, Special Advisor to the Greek Minister for Development and Competitiveness

Gregory Dimitriadis serves as Special Advisor to the Greek Minister for Development and Competitiveness on Exports since 2010. As Coordinator of the National Trade Facilitation Strategy, he is supervising policy reforms in trading across borders. Prior to joining the Government, he was founding member and coordinator of the Navarino Network in Thessaloniki, Greece; a civil society initiative aiming at public policy innovation. He has also worked in London, UK, for a telecommunication multinational focusing on change management and for a promotion firm as sales and marketing manager. He studied in the UK and the USA, holding a bachelor with honours in engineering (Manchester Metropolitan University) and two masters; one in the field of telecommunications (University College London) and another in international business relations and international negotiations (The Fletcher School, Tufts University).

Mr. George Dimitrakopoulos, Technical Consultant GS1 Association Greece

George Dimitrakopoulos holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Started his career as a design engineer in a large design/construction firm, working on the design of chemical plants/oil refineries as well as the development of relevant technical specifications. Since 1992, he has been focused on logistics and especially the GS1 System, which became his area of expertize, having an in-depth knowledge as well as experience regarding AIDC, e-commerce, RFid and Data Synchronization. He has participated as a guest speaker in numerous events and training seminars, relevant to logistics and the GS1 System, both in Greece and abroad. He’s also a member of many technical groups/commitees, working actively on the design of specifications and applications relevant to the GS1 System. Since 2011 he works as a Technical Consultant for GS1 Association-Greece, the official member of GS1 AISBL in Greece. He’s a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) and PMI.

Ms. Rose Blatch, Executive Director ITRISA (International Trade Institute of Southern Africa)

Rose Blatch is the Executive Director of the International Trade Institute of Southern Africa (ITRISA) based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is also a past president of the International Association of Trade Training Organisations (IATTO). Rose led the team that developed the first global accreditation scheme for trade training/education programmes in the early 1990s and has since been directly involved in the formulation of IATTO’s new accreditation scheme. She has played a pivotal part in the development of trade skills amongst the business community in southern Africa, and been involved in trade strategy design and the creation of trade facilitation structures for various levels of government. She has also led the national team tasked with producing South Africa’s export qualifications.

Ms. Lesley Batchelor, INSTITUTE OF EXPORT, UK

Lesley Batchelor is a champion of UK exporters, with a powerful track record in enhancing the performance of hundreds of businesses. Appointed director general of the Institute of Export (IOE), a charity, in 2010 after a three-year elected tenure as chairman and CEO, Lesley is active on the APPG Advisory Panel on Trade & Investment, and gives evidence to the House of Lords Select Committee on Government support for SMEs. Lesley has forged influential partnerships with international associations. She brought together 20 organisations to create GURU online, an award-winning business resource. After 15 years working with blue-chip giants including Fujitsu Europe, Canon, Ciba-Geigy and Coca-Cola, Lesley set up CMC Marketing in 1992 to develop inspirational strategies and training programmes for SMEs.

Dr. Anastasios Alexandridis, Executive Vice Chairman, Greek International Business Association (SEVE), Professor at the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia

Dr. Anastasios Alexandridis is a Professor at the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia - Department of Business Administration. He is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki with a DEA in Mathematical Economy and Econometrics of the University of AIX – MARSEILLE III and a PhD Thesis in Economic Sciences, University of Macedonia - Department of Economics. In 2007, he joined the Greek International Business Association (SEVE) as an executive member of the Board of Directors. Since 2009, he is SEVE’s Executive Vice President. He also serves as a non-executive Director of Alumil S.A, Compucon and Evrofarma Milk Industry. Before 2007, Tasos headed up the Managing Authority of Community Initiative Programmes INTERREG III. For the years 1992-2003, he joined the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (FING) as assistant to the General Director, General Director and Executive Vice President.

Mr. John Apostolakos, Exexutive Director, Gaea Products SA

Ioannis G. Apostolakos. Born in Athens in 1964. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Wales, Great Britain and an undergraduate degree in Business from the Economic University of Athens (ex ASOEE) . He had started his professional career in ErgoBank and served as a managerial executive in the fields of corporate banking and investment banking in commercial and investment banks till 2004. From 2004 till 2011 had served as a high ranking Executive BoD Member in listed and non listed companies in stock exchanges in Greece and abroad. Since 2012 has been the Executive Director of the Group of GAEA PRODUCTS S.A. . Moreover is an Independent Non Executive BoD Member of the listed Group of THRACE PLASTICS S.A.

Dr. Anastasios Alexandridis, Executive Vice Chairman, Greek International Business Association (SEVE), Professor at the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia

Dr. Anastasios Alexandridis is a Professor at the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia - Department of Business Administration. He is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki with a DEA in Mathematical Economy and Econometrics of the University of AIX – MARSEILLE III and a PhD Thesis in Economic Sciences, University of Macedonia - Department of Economics. In 2007, he joined the Greek International Business Association (SEVE) as an executive member of the Board of Directors. Since 2009, he is SEVE’s Executive Vice President. He also serves as a non-executive Director of Alumil S.A, Compucon and Evrofarma Milk Industry. Before 2007, Tasos headed up the Managing Authority of Community Initiative Programmes INTERREG III. For the years 1992-2003, he joined the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (FING) as assistant to the General Director, General Director and Executive Vice President.
